Our Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also don’t accept returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To process your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (Where Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (Where Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, reach out to your bank. There’s often a processing period before a refund appears.

Sale Items (Where Applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (Where Applicable)
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at contact@faixi.com.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue a refund to the gift-giver, and they’ll be informed of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, email us at contact@faixi.com to coordinate the shipment.
You’re responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Delivery times for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
